Fix the problem, not the ticket
We don't close tickets — we eliminate the conditions that created them. Root-cause analysis is the standard, not the exception. If the same issue comes back, something went wrong upstream.

Every environment we touch ships with a complete documentation pack on Day 1. No tribal knowledge, no "ask the last guy." If we get hit by a bus, you still know how everything works.

Fixed scope before work starts

No long-term contracts
Managed IT is month-to-month after a 2-month onboarding. We earn the relationship every month. If we stop delivering, you should be able to leave — and we should have already documented everything so the transition is clean.
Security built in, not bolted on
MFA on every account. Encrypted endpoints. Conditional access from the first user we onboard. Segmented networks by default. We don't ask whether you want it — it's the standard.
